Personnel
All SNP personnel must pass strict qualifications and background checks in order to qualify for employment for the purpose of providing you with highly trained officers.

All security personnel of SNP are certified and registered with the State of California Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS). When a new applicant is interested in employment with SNP, the applicant must present a current-issued California security registration card. The California security registration is verified by  BSIS.

Supervision

Supervisors perform frequent inspections of our security personnel to ensure professional appearance, including the condition of uniforms, alertness, and knowledge of the general and specific security instructions relating to your operations.


Since this group is a vital extension of the management team, proper selection and training is important. SNP has developed formal programs to prepare our security personnel including seminars, classroom training, video instruction, public relations with emphasis on serving the client and the community, and the organizational policy and procedural manual.


Security Officers


Uniformed- Uniformed officers will control access to sensitive and restricted areas such as schools, commercial facilities, construction sites, and housing communities. They will also patrol parking lots, common areas, and store interiors in order to create a highly visible deterrent for potential criminal opportunists.

Suit (Special Event Agent) – When it comes to keeping your private affairs quiet, you can trust SNP agents to ensure a safe and clean environment.

Personal Protection- Close protection agents will discreetly assure the safety of high profile clients and their families while at home or in their place of business.

Undercover – (UC) Agents can go into an organization and seek out any valuable information. A series of interviews follows the investigation by Certified Investigators to determine the final outcome of the case.

Partner/Qualified Manager/Operations:

Levi Quintana

An Experienced Manager


With more than 25 years experience supervising, managing, and directing services and operations in Security and Law Enforcement, Mr. Quintana’s role is to insure that Secure Net Protections’ commitments are met and supported. As Director of Security for Universal Protection, he directed all private security, physical security asset protection, and the safety of a $700 million complex hosting 43 retail stores and 300 residential units. As Operations Manager for Inter Con Security, Mr. Quintana was responsible for the security, scheduling, billing, payroll, and supervision of over 7,000 security officers. Inter Con accounts included the United States Federal Government, State of California, County of Los Angeles, City of Los Angeles, Kaiser Permanente Medical facilities, and Children’s Hospital, Los Angeles. Mr. Quintana also proudly managed personnel for Pinkerton’s, Stanley Smith, and Shield Security, and was Co-founder and director of all training and licensing operations for the National Association of Security Professionals, a California-based trade association with over 50,000 members.

Undercover and Field Investigator

Mr. Quintana worked with Kraut & Schneider (no relations to Jonathan Kraut), Boyd & Associates, Shaw Investigations, and HRT Industries (Zody’s) as an investigator and agent for various corporate accounts. He conducted sub – rosa, shoplifting loss prevention, and covert surveillance for over 10 years. Intimately understands the rules of evidence, custodial chain, and forensic investigating. Mr. Quintana also testified in OSHA hearings and state unemployment cases for worker’s compensation boards.


Risk Management and Personal Protection

Mr. Quintana was entrusted with the personal protection detail for the Crown Prince, Ambassador, and members of the Royal Family of Saudi Arabia. Coordinated and conducted risk assessment with the United States Department of State, British SAS, California Highway Patrol, Los Angeles Police Department, and the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Office. He possessed diplomatic immunity, and received anti-terrorism training from the United States State Department.


Additional Experience

Mr. Quintana is also a California Certified Surgical Technologist and served at Martin Luther King/Drew Medical Center and Temple Hospital, specializing in Neuro, Trauma, and Ophthalmology. He earned a Certificate in Business Administration from the United College of Business in Los Angeles. He currently holds certifications as a Certified Official for basketball, soccer, and volleyball. Mr. Quintana is fluent in English and Spanish, and is a Marine Corps Veteran.


Partner/CFO/Staff Investigator:

Jonathan Kraut

Mr. Kraut directs all administrative operations, strategies, and fiscal functions.As a California State licensed private investigator, Mr. Kraut supports Secure Net Protection activities insuring thorough applicant screening procedures and is available to assist clients with behavioral assessments, internal loss prevention, criminal investigations,  and surveillance support.

An Innovator in Education


Mr. Kraut developed what is now called “Optimal Teaching Programs”, which inspired teachers and motivated students. As Senior Administrative Analyst at UCLA, Mr. Kraut was responsible for developing strategic and implementation plans for the first complete American learning system reform in over 100 years. Mr. Kraut was Dean of Justice Studies and a full-time professor at the American Institute, a degree granting private college for legal studies, in Phoenix, where he taught 14 different subjects. Mr. Kraut has also authored Ending the Abuse Before it Starts, which is the first book describing the use of profiling techniques to prevent and treat domestic abuse, unwanted relationships, and family violence.

Trusted to Train and Protect


Mr. Kraut was founder and President of one of California’s largest private security placement and training academies, training and licensing over 20,000 uniformed personnel. His academies trained personal protection and security personnel for numerous high profile clients , including Arnold Schwarzenegger, Madonna, Rod Stewart, and the Beverly Hills Hotel, as well as police and law enforcement personnel. Mr. Kraut directed private security and safety operations for six secret/top secret divisions of a major Southern California aerospace manufacturer, including corporate headquarters.

Jonathan Kraut


Mr. Kraut is a decorated U.S. Army Infantry Officer. Mr. Kraut commanded the U.S. Army detachment responsible for the safety of the United Nations Peace Keeping Force at Panmunjom, Korea. Mr. Kraut is an Army Ranger, Airborne, Air Assault, Expert Infantryman, Expert Mountaineer, and a Tactical Nuclear Weapons Specialist and has received accommodation for overseas service, leadership, and performance.


Politically Active

Mr. Kraut was the Democratic Nominee for California State Senate District 17 in November 2004, representing the citizens of the Santa Clarita Valley, Antelope Valley, portions of the San Fernando Valley, and portions of Ventura County. Mr. Kraut continues to contribute to a safer California, particularly through the implementation of education programs and justice reform, serving on numerous state and local committees.

Community Service


Net Check Investigations is the pro bono investigations agency for the Public Counsel, a free legal service representing children and needy families. Mr. Kraut serves as a member on the Human Relations Forum of Santa Clarita, an organization promoting tolerance and cultural understanding. Mr. Kraut is also a delegate, Vice President, an active member of the Santa Clarita Valley Interfaith Council. As a task force volunteer, Mr. Kraut directed and worked in country representing humanitarian organizations to rebuilld schools after the 2004 Tsunami in Sri Lanka and to address political unrest in Myanmar (Burma) in 2007.

Mr. Kraut aided Maricopa County Superior Court (AZ) in designing what became the nations first on-line county criminal database and currently works with numerous state and county court and law enforcement agencies. He represented the P.I. industry regarding product development and systems design with the Los Angeles County Superior Court, now operating the world’s largest on-line county criminal system.


Formal Education


Mr. Kraut holds an Executive MBA from Pepperdine University (1985), and a BA from UCLA in Political Science (International Relations) in 1977.
